How To Control Start and Stop Times of YouTube Videos

Andrew Machado

Embedding YouTube videos with Apture provides you the user with a few additional features not normally found on YouTube. After pasting your embed code or selecting a YouTube video within Apture you should see a preview of your movie.  Just below the preview of your movie will be options to control start and stop time and the ability to change the alignment of the video in your post.

If you want your movie to start a minute in or stop a few seconds before the clip truly ends that is not a problem.  Simply check the box next to “Clip time from” and enter in the time at which you would like the video to start or stop.
