How To Add Additional Content To Your Apture Embeds and Posts

Andrew Machado

Often a YouTube video or Wikipedia article is not enough when informing your readers. With Apture you can add many additional sources to your post by doing as little as dragging and dropping. First start with a single piece of content.  In the example below we have chosen a Wikipedia article about the White House.

After selecting your initial piece of content click the Add Related Items button. Once you have found an additional piece of content you would like to embed either click the piece of content or drag and drop it to the left sidebar under Related Items.  Once you have finished adding your additional pieces of content (you can add up to 6) your Apture window will look like the screenshot below.  Click the Create Embed link and you are finished.

Is there a way I can spice up my Posterous micro-blog with Apture links and embeds?

Can Apture be integrated with Gmail so I can enhance my email with it. As you know, Posterous can be updated via email.
